THOUGHTS BEGIN IN YOUR GUT
n the early stages of my spiritual awakening, I found myself grappling with self-hate and negativity. The unresolved issues from my past, including losing my job, failing my business, and betraying my friends, cast long shadows over my spirit. These experiences intensified the physical pain I was feeling, which I now recognize as part of my Kundalini awakening. This period marked a low point in my journey, a time when I was so engulfed in negative thoughts, that finding the light seemed almost impossible.
As I delved deeper into understanding the complex relationship between the mind, body, and spirit, I had a revelation. I realized that our brains function like a central processing unit (CPU), processing information from our bodies, including signals from our senses and the vast ecosystem of microorganisms in our guts. This led me to understand that our thoughts can actually be reactions to these signals, highlighting a profound connection between our gut health and our thought processes.
This insight emphasized the importance of gut health on our spiritual path. It helped me understand that the thoughts and feelings that arise within us are not the essence of who we are; they are reactions to the various inputs our bodies process. This understanding highlighted the significance of nurturing our physical health, as it is closely linked to our mental and spiritual states. Focusing on gut health not only benefits our physical bodies but also promotes a clearer mind and emotional stability, which are crucial for spiritual growth.
With this knowledge, I was able to embrace a more holistic approach to my healing journey. Recognizing the intricate connections between physical health, thought patterns, and spiritual well-being has been a guiding light, leading me through the darkness and towards a more enlightened state of existence.
