FINDING LIGHT BEYOND THE FEAR OF DEATH

The fear of death used to haunt every aspect of my life. Struggling with apnea, I frequently imagined my final moments gasping for breath, fearing that would be my painful end. It wasn’t just about the fear of dying; it was about the fear of not having truly lived. This fear pushed me towards seeking enlightenment, as I couldn’t bear the thought of facing death feeling my life was incomplete.

Today, as I listened to the guided meditation from 4D University, I realized that I was chasing an outcome out of fear, and that I had to lighten up! My journey doesn’t end with this lifetime, and I can embrace this life with a light heart. The path to enlightenment isn’t confined to just this lifetime. It is endless. I may not experience enlightenment in this lifetime, but each moment is an opportunity for growth and learning. It isn’t about reaching a goal but to find joy in the journey of our growth, no matter how small the steps or challenging the obstacles.

The moment I understood that, I no longer had a need for belief. It simply made sense, and although words cannot describe it accurately, I now know that in essence this is true.

The journey is unique for each of us, and no two paths are the same. Finding my way through the darkness taught me that there are countless paths to overcome life’s challenges. We are all on an endless journey of growth and discovery, stretching beyond this lifetime. It’s not solely about improving in this life but understanding that our evolution is an endless process.

So, let us move forward with joy and curiosity. No matter our age, our journey is far from over, and every step, no matter how small, is part of our path towards understanding our true self.
